“Room was clean and comfortable. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and welcoming. One elevator was out of service and the drapes in the room were shredded by apparent sun damage.”

“Very disappointing stay. The room was dirty, had a bad smell, and we even saw cockroaches. The furniture was old and poorly maintained. The listing showed a sofa bed, but it was broken and completely bent, making it impossible to sleep on. We were three people, but there was only one usable bed for two people. Because the sofa bed could not be used, one person had to sleep in the car late at night. Overall, the room was not as advertised and did not meet basic cleanliness or comfort standards....

“My spouse informed me he gotten bed bug bites and that he couldn’t wait to check out before telling me about his stay. There was stains on the couch but he didn’t notice until he got off the room number #116 he checked in Thursday 18th and checked out Friday before 11 am . Never booking here again that is just gross .”

“The room smelled like cleaner and mod and mildew. The faucet to the jacuzzi leaked and never stopped running. There was mold above the jacuzzi on the cieling. The toilet didn’t flush properly and the handle was broken. I spent $132 for a king suite and it was terrible. I left at about 10:30 pm almost 12 hours before I was supposed to check out. If I could get a refund I would but this place is not a good place to be”

“Great staff and very clean but things are a bit worn and pealing. But beds were comfy”

“My room was not cleaned properly as there was dried up throw up in the floor. The air conditioning worked when it wanted to. The place just looked dingy. Good thing is the bistro onsite but it was closed on Friday and Saturday for whatever reason.”

“Breakfast should start earlier on the weekends. We come for softball tournaments several times a year and always miss out on the breakfast.”

“Great clean hotel which is the most important to me. They had a nice breakfast as well. The staff were helpful and friendly. The only problem was a terrible smell in the stairwell and near the elevator on the second floor. But we couldn’t smell it in our room.”
