“Het huis was netjes schoon en heeft een heel mooi uitzicht! Het contact met de eigenaar is ook heel prettig. De straat voor het huis was in de periode dat wij daar waren wel rumoerig in de avond doordat er een aantal terrassen waren met harde muziek. Wij hebben dit niet als overlast ervaren omdat het huis behoorlijk geluidsdicht is. Maar wel goed om rekening mee te houden.”

“The villa is beautiful, lovely inside and out. Very spacious and it really has everything inside you could need. The pool area is very large and the pool is large and beautiful, our only issue was the lack of workable umbrella stands as there is no shade around the pool until about 4pm. We didnt find too much to do local to the villa, there is a nice restaurant (La Taberna) in rucalmuto but we drove to San Leone, which had an array of resturants and beautiful beaches and just 20 mins drive...

“This is a beautiful, spacious house with many tasteful artistic details. Picture windows make the most of the spectacular views of the sea and countryside below you. We wondered if they would also make the house hot, but they didn't seem to, and the fly screens on all the smaller windows meant they could be opened to create a through draught. “Beautiful property but many millipedes everywhere, water off several times, dogs barking every night, nosy owner who came by daily and we had to pay for electricity used for time there. We have rented many times from HomeAway but never was charged for electricity. We did get deposit refunded the day we left minus charge for electricity. Besides the above we did enjoy our stay there.”

“The house is perfectly located. You can walk to the beach where you find an incredible lagoon. The way down may be a little difficult in flip flops but is worth the effort. You can find everything you need in the house and the communication with the owner works well. If we needed help or had any questions he answered them and helped us. Overall we had a great time and will come back again.”
