“The apartment is beautiful and the views are breathtaking! The local restaurant serves very authentic family style Tuscan cuisine and everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. I wish we could have stayed longer!”

“Wonderful stay here. View from garden is beautiful over rolling hills for sunsets. Pool is magnificent and set on ridge with 270 degree views, quite something in the evening. Pool and tennis shared with 3-4 other families but pool is big enough to cope with that. Fans in rooms just about make up for no air con, was 37 when we were there. Communication with Ian and Jacky was great. 5-10mins drive up unmade road very dusty but not too bumpy. Serena cooked for us one night which was really good....

“Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Urlaubswochen verbracht. Das Haus und der Pool ist hervorragend gepflegt, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Anreise über die Schotterstraße war mit unserem Auto (Passat) problemlos möglich. Vielen Dank an Serenella und ihren Mann, die sich täglich um den Pool gekümmert haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder!”

“We simply loved the place. The outdoor area and the view was all we dreamed it would be. It was a bit hard to find the place and the written info was put away in a book shelf so we didn´t find that till after a while. But that was just a minor thing. Our hos Federico was most helpful and responded quickly to all our questions.”

“The stay was very pleasant, the room was very tidy and cosy. The view when waking up is breathtaking, as well as the whole place. Exactly as stated in the pictures. We were very welcomed by the host and you get a good breakfast. Would definitely come back again if I‘m in the area! Thank you very much for the stay!”

“A fantastic, beautiful location to explore San Gim and surrounds. We were warmly greeted on arrival by Laura & Andrea with a glass of their excellent wine. The apartments are spacious and well appointed. Pool area is lovely. Breakfast is fab! The walks around the vineyards are lovely and our dog loved being there. Wine tasting is a must!”
