“By far the cleanest Vrbo I’ve ever stayed in! It was very spacious and open. I loved the old wood floors and exposed original brick in the loft. Lots of windows to let light in. The shower was big and lots of countertop space in the bathrooms, bedrooms had plenty of space as well. The only con was the internet service. “This house was everything we needed for our trip to Topeka! A group of us traveled from IL to Topeka to see a friend from high school and her family. Kings Cottage was only 5 mins away from her house and was so convenient for the weekend! The game room in the basement and the man cave in the garage were added features that the kids loved! “The only thing I was disappointed with was the master bedroom furniture placement. The Queen bed was placed against a wall, not just the head of the bed but also a side. There was no way to get in bed on that side, you have to crawl up from the foot of the bed. I will be more observant in furniture placement when next I reserve [which I will] with them again.”

“A perfect half way point to meet family for Christmas! We cooked an amazing dinner and sang around a little Christmas tree with all the lights in a cozy room! Watched the Christmas parade on a huge east to use TV. Beds were comfy too! Visited a grocery store and an amazing Italian restaurant all near by?! What a blessed time! ”
