The HVAC did not work but they had mobile window AC units in each room, there is a hole in the primary ceiling, and it lacks general property maintenance (ie: exterior paint, rusty stair rail ect.) "Trevlig personal. Inga problem att checka in lite tidigare. Fick använda poolområdet hela dagen när vi hade checkat ut med. Perfekt gångavstånd till Disneyland. Flera restauranger i närheten. Kändes tryggt och bra. Vi kom med hyrbil och kunde parkera precis utanför, checka in, lämna väskor och sen köra och lämna hyrbilen och promenera tillbaka. Väldigt trevlig, hjälpsam och tillmötesgående personal."
