âNew building.. spacious lobby. We had 2 queen beds and pullout 2 full beds in our room. Lots of space for all our belonging. Nice and clean bathroom. Pool looked really nice unfortunately we werenât able to use it. â
âOur first time staying on this side of town. Area is nice. Enjoyed the hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Had a view of the falls with balcony. Great service at their bar and enjoyed some Arancini with ice cold beverages before heading over to Ironwood for an enjoyable dinner with a nice view. Would definitely stay again, as most importantly, the staff was nice to my dog!â

âThey really helped us in a time of need. The staff were always so quick to accommodate our needs and requests. Thank you for your empathy in our difficult circumstance! It made having a place outside the hospital a refuge to get refreshed to go back to what we needed to do.â
âI liked that it was on the river walk. The lobby was under construction, so it was a bit cumbersome to get through, but, the staff was phenomenal.â
âRoom was clean, staff was very friendly, enjoyed the continental breakfast. Love the walking path close to the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed how close it was to the Falls! Would definitely recommend!!â

âTo put it in a nutshell - Management needs to do better. They need to proper maintenance and proper cleaning. When you open the door to room and there are two big chunks of the carpet gone it most certainly does not start your stay off with a warm fuzzy feeling. Shower curtain rod and toilet paper holder were both barely attached, sheets and mattress pads had stains and cigarette burns. Holes in the dust ruffle on the bed. The furniture, notably a bench had so many "stains" in the fabric that...
