No warning n pre apology. Nothing. Never ever recommend this Sheraton Sorry. But it was very unpleasant. Dirty carpets n drapes.”

“The breakfast was good. Very friendly staff for the breakfast. The parking was easy. Location was good and we felt safe walking around the area at night. My biggest complaint was when we got to the room and went to use the bathroom the toilet was filled with excrement. Went to flush it and it wouldn’t flush. Went to use the phone and the phone didn’t work so we had to go back down to the front desk. She put us in the room next door, but no upgrade or money off the room for the inconvenience...

“We got in late, but we're very excited the waterpark was still open since that was the reason we pick this hotel. Kids loved water and thw room was decent. Had a weird smell other then that it was good. The staff was also very helpful and nice. Would stay again!”

“Our rooms were nice and clean. The only thing was the bathtub would fill with water when we showered (separate unites). The pool was fantastic for the kids! The breakfast was also excellent. I would stay there again.”

“This is as close to a third world hotel as I’ve seen, and I’ve been to a lot of third world countries. The entire hotel smells. One guest was at reception when I checked in and said he couldn’t stay there due to the smell. The room was dirty and bathroom amenities were virtually non-existent. I could go on but you get the picture. Steer well clear of this place.”

“Room very clean but they barely keep pool towels have to ask if they put any out it’s on 2 maybe 3 and the pool can be full and they know they need more because I seen them walk in and put 2 towels out and never came bk otherwise everything very comfy and clean”

“The place was filthy dirty. I’ve seen better carpet at a vehicle repair shop. Carpet was disgusting. Bathroom door was held together with drywall screws with piece of door missing at the bottom. Bathtub had algae growing around overflow spout. I am handicapped and was on second floor but they don’t have elevators. If I could get my money back I would. Breakfast had oranges the size of a plum and looked awful. This place shouldn’t charge anything over 75.00 a night . Very disappointed 😡”
