“Dislike that we had zero hot water night of arrival n also the next morning. None whatsoever. Ice cold showers. When we told hotel staff they said yes we know sorry. That’s it period. No warning n pre apology. Nothing. Never ever recommend this Sheraton Sorry. But it was very unpleasant. Dirty carpets n drapes.”

“The breakfast was good. Very friendly staff for the breakfast. The parking was easy. Location was good and we felt safe walking around the area at night. My biggest complaint was when we got to the room and went to use the bathroom the toilet was filled with excrement. Went to flush it and it wouldn’t flush. Went to use the phone and the phone didn’t work so we had to go back down to the front desk. She put us in the room next door, but no upgrade or money off the room for the inconvenience...

“Our rooms were nice and clean. The only thing was the bathtub would fill with water when we showered (separate unites). The pool was fantastic for the kids! The breakfast was also excellent. I would stay there again.”

“For the price, the bed was clean and comfy, the bathroom was nice. The phone wasn't working in our room but we just needed a place to sleep and it was just what we needed. If you are on the 2nd floor there is no elevator. The coffee was good and hot. The breakfast included: cereal, waffles, eggs, potatoes, biscuits, gravy, pastries and bagels. Parking is a little tricky but not bad. All the staff were very helpful and kind.”

“Place was in tatters. Pool was closed. Construction tools in the hallway. No A/C in the hallway. Transients everywhere.”

“Very happy we stayed at the Highpoint Hotel. We had a suite that was large with great views from all the windows. Was very convenient to all our activities. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again.”

“The alarm was set for 5am so we were woken too early. The blackout blind hardware was broken but we were able to close it fully. Otherwise, Great location. Clean hotel. Good bedding. Spacious rooms.”

“Room was very functional and very clean. Property has two elevators. Only one was working. Breakfast was not stunning.”

“I liked it had a hot tub and pool beds were comfortable, and staff friendly. There were no clean towels in the pool area to use and when we pulled the shower curtain closed to shower, there was a dirty used washcloth hanging on the curtain. It was not a well cleaned facility in comparison to other expresses we have stayed at.”
