âThis property really is the perfect hotel. The staff, the food, the view itâs all just lovely. The only negative me and my partner could find was the lack of vegetarian options on the restaurants menus. Staying in other hotels of this this standard they would look to make items off the menu as a vegetarian dish, this wasnât offered. â

âFunctional hotel with well-organized staff and dedicated (and honest) housekeeping. We accidentally left a bottle of champagne in the room which we promptly got back the day after checking out.
The booking gave the impression that we would have one apartment with two bedrooms, which meant we assumed one kitchen and a living room for dining. Instead we got two identical one-room apartments with minimally equipped kitchens (one gas burner and one microwave per room). Not very practical....

âWe arranged for a room at the executive floor and the service they provided was exceptionally good. Traveling with a toddler can be challenging sometimes but not when staying here. Staff super attentive and helpful. The area and the city is not that impressive but when going to Mauritius we thought a visit to the capital was in place. âWe loved our stay at Bleu de Toi. We stayed for 11 nights and were so satisfied with everything. Excellent staff with always a smile on their faces, very service minded, helpful and kind. Lovely breakfast area, we also hanged out there a lot in the evening and played cards etc. The kitchen worked well to make simple meals in. The pool area is great. Clean rooms and very fresh over all. Both AC and fan in the room. Great location of the hotel, walking distance to incredible beaches. Lovely hotel...

The bar staff were embarrassed about the whole situation and apologized (they were good). To top the bad experience i started getting calls to my room i had to settle my bill from earlier at lunch. I had not even checked in by then since i arrived by 5pm. This did not occur to them at first and it took some time and explanations. This was my second time visit this year and i must say i will not be heading back. The service is simply awful and among the worst i have encountered in Mauritius which i visit many times a year. Will choose another hotel next time."
