âThis property really is the perfect hotel. The staff, the food, the view itâs all just lovely. The only negative me and my partner could find was the lack of vegetarian options on the restaurants menus. Staying in other hotels of this this standard they would look to make items off the menu as a vegetarian dish, this wasnât offered. â

âLady in Receptionen poor attitude and not the "I provide service for you" as I was looking for. Traveling with a toddler and asking if we could have the room two hours past check out so he could sleep (and offer to eat and spend money in their lunch restaurant off corse) and reception stated extra fee 2500 rupees. Just stupid and poor service. Main reason for not receiving top Score.

âFunctional hotel with well-organized staff and dedicated (and honest) housekeeping. We accidentally left a bottle of champagne in the room which we promptly got back the day after checking out.
The booking gave the impression that we would have one apartment with two bedrooms, which meant we assumed one kitchen and a living room for dining. Instead we got two identical one-room apartments with minimally equipped kitchens (one gas burner and one microwave per room). Not very practical....

âWe loved our stay at Bleu de Toi. We stayed for 11 nights and were so satisfied with everything. Excellent staff with always a smile on their faces, very service minded, helpful and kind. âWe arranged for a room at the executive floor and the service they provided was exceptionally good. Traveling with a toddler can be challenging sometimes but not when staying here. Staff super attentive and helpful. The area and the city is not that impressive but when going to Mauritius we thought a visit to the capital was in place. One night is enough and only reason for staying longer would be the hotel then (but places by the beach is off course more appealing)

This was my second time visit this year and i must say i will not be heading back. The service is simply awful and among the worst i have encountered in Mauritius which i visit many times a year. Will choose another hotel next time."
