The living room benefits from a convenient half bath consisting of a sink and toilet. The living room and kitchen overlook the wonderful outdoor area of the apartment, equipped with a beautiful private terrace, where guests have at their disposal comfortable deck chairs, a dining table with chairs for outdoor breakfasts and dinners, and a relaxation area with sofas! The apartment, equipped with free Wi-Fi internet access, continues with the sleeping area, consisting of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom enjoys ample space and comfort to ensure guests have a luxurious experience during all phases of their vacation; it consists of a comfortable double bed, a desk with chair, flat-screen TV, large closets, and the private bathroom with shower, 2 sinks, bidet, and toilet. The second bedroom consists of a queen-size bed, desk, flat-screen TV, large closets, and also enjoys a comfortable private bathroom with bathtub, sink, bidet, and toilet. The third bedroom, enjoys a queen-size bed, a comfortable armchair, a desk, ample closets, the flat-screen TV and access to the private balcony. The fourth bedroom, enjoys a bunk bed for two, ample closets, an armchair with table, and access to the private balcony. The third and fourth bedrooms benefit from the fourth bathroom in the apartment corridor equipped with a shower, sink, bidet, and toilet. The layout of the vacation apartment is completed by the private laundry room, consisting of a washing machine, sink, iron and ironing board, and the private garage for parking up to 2 cars.
