At Bay beach maisonette,which is just at the beach, you can have everything you desire: beaches with clean water,quiet environment, private luxurious moments, indoor and outdoor facilities that make your time here a wonderful experience. The modern and fashionably furnished maisonette is situated in a closed and well kept park. The pure nature of the region,the restaurants and bars,supermarkets,walking areas and the yacht port nearby give endless choices for spending quality time.

On the ground floor is the spacious living room with its modern furniture and fire place. The modern kitchen and wc offer all the amenities, necessary for a comfortable and enjoyable moments. Finally a french door leads you to the front private yard with a dinning area and view to the sea.On the first floor are the two double bedrooms with two air conditioners, french doors leading each one to a private balcony and to the second bathroom with a shower. On the third floor there is an extra bedroom. Comfortable balconies and patio with large dining table is also featured for relaxing moments.  
The residence offers fully-equipped kitchen with appliances, including a dishwasher and a coffee machine,while the living area completes the facilities with a flat TV and a fire place.
The back garden with bbq and its variety of flowers and plants creates the perfect holiday setting.

Nikiti is located less than 80km from Thessaloniki Airport "macedonia". We are too close to all public transportations. There are taxi and bus stations to the North . You can rent a car,a motocycle or a bike from nearby spots. If you have your own car you can park in our property. We have a parking spots in a closed and security yard.

The neighborhood is quiet and safety. The property is on a strategic spot in front of the beach,where you can smell and hear it all day and night.
The water is clean and clear with a blue flag and the best for swimming. The coastal walkway for night walk is only few minutes by foot. The access to the marina with taverns and cafes is easy, as it is only 500m walk through the main street.

You can call a taxi to take you from the property to explore the peninsular Siithonia. You can also rent a car,motocycle or bike from the near spots.

Also we have 2 sun beds with umbrella for cozy and relaxing time at the beach.
Sea excursions and visits to the famous monasteries,churches and museums can be organised on request.


Children and infants are welcome. A baby cradle and chair is also available on demand.

Extra housekeeping and linen bed change during the stay are available upon request at an additional cost.
