âWe stayed at the hotel Casa Panorama for 7 nights.
Upon arrival we were greeted by the staff and owner of the hotel. We were showed to our rooms and then we got a tour of the hotel. We even got a list of must-visit nearby villages and beaches. During the whole duration of our staying we were treated like royalties and everybody seemed really glad to see us and eager to be of assistance.
The hotel is located between Nikiti and Neos Marmaras so there are many options both for beaches but also...

All thought it sometimes felt like a big waste of potential. The accommodation was great but not as private as it looked in the photos.
The staff felt a little bit tired and were not as alert as they should be. They could easily raised our bill by a couple of hundred euros but they were simply just not there to sell more drinks or ask if we wanted more food etc. Maybe a staff manager would be in place....

Vi hade en jĂ€tte fin upplevelse förutom att vi tyckte servitörerna var vĂ€ldigt dĂ„liga, de Ă€ldre servitörerna var duktiga och professionella men det kĂ€nns som att hotellets chef har anstĂ€llt mycket ung och osĂ€ker personal dem unga var vĂ€ldigt osĂ€kra och fick mycket skĂ€ll av Ă€garna framför gĂ€sterna. Och det var inte trevligt att se dĂ„ cheferna borde gett dem en bĂ€ttre upplĂ€ggning och inte uppföra sig sĂ„ framför hotellets gĂ€ster. Nackdel va att det inte...

"Ett vÀldigt bra och frÀscht hotell med nÀrhet till strand, restauranger, shopping, livsmedelsbutik och bageri. Personalen pÄ hotellet var vÀldigt trevliga och hjÀlpsamma.
Eftersom vi Àr fem personer försökte vi hÄlla oss borta frÄn rummet nÀr det skulle stÀdas men vissa dagar kom stÀdningen pÄ förmiddagen istÀllet för eftermiddagen. Men det gick bra att be dem komma senare, personalen var mycket tillmötesgÄende.
Jag hade ocksÄ gÀrna velat ha en informationspÀrm eller informationstavla pÄ vÀggen med nödvÀndig information om stÀdning, lösenord till wifi, hur kaffemaskinen fungerar etc.
Eftersom vi var fem personer behövde vi sova i bÀddsoffan och den var helt okej men kunde vara lite mer bekvÀm.
Men allt detta Àr smÄsaker, överlag var vi mycket nöjda med hotellet. "

The buffet breakfast and dinner was excellent. Lots of options and regularly refilled. Drinks are not included in the dinner buffet.
The a la carte restaurant is very nice, overlooking the main pool and bar area and with fantastic sea views from a couple of tables. Food was well prepared and nicely served. As a guest you get 20% discount if you have buffet dinner included in you package.
The room service and bar snack menu is the same. Lots of options and veyr large size dishes, the four of use shared two dishes for lunch eveyr day and that was enough.
There are activities for both children and adults free of charge. Our children (9+12 y o) joined two of them but they felt it was aimed for younger children. They also had evening entertainment every other night in the main pool bar area, which was very nice between dinner and bedtime. The coctails served were also very delicious, but slightly overpriced in my opinion.
