Everything we needed!
This property could not have been any better for our Sitka adventure. Clean and well stocked. It came with a breathtaking view of the water and mountains. The accessibility to shops, dining and historic sites was unbeatable. Thank you for opening your apartment up to us. We are so pleased.

Sitka is an Alaskan paradise
We had a wonderful stay in Sitka. The VRBO is central to downtown Sitka. It was so fun to be able to walk everywhere. The view from the apartment is breathtaking. It was a comfortable and safe location.

Location, location, location!
Beautiful view overlooking the sound from large windows, short walk to everything you want to do in Sitka, immaculate, comfortable bed, very well equipped with everything in good working order, good communication with owner! Only negative was street noise at times.

too short a visit
great but too short stay in a cute, clean, convenient condo with a killer view. Close to everything. Well equipped, comfortable & nicely decorated. Wonderful firm bed. Thank you & we hope to visit again!

Center of Town, Unbeatable View
Visiting 4 days for school sports. We were centrally located with a view that made us almost miss the games. Apartment had everything we needed with cute decor. Easily walked to every corner of town, even during a snow storm!

Hidden Gem
This studio has breathtaking views from the 3rd floor of the Franklin Building. It is a great size with a full kitchen and on site laundry. The building is very quite and peaceful. Everything is within walking distance of shopping, dining, and tourism. Katy and Jack are some of the nicest people we have ever met. They are very hands on and take pride in their property and their guest are their top priority. We spent 2 weeks in this beautiful studio and throughly enjoyed it. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Sitka.

Great View of the Harbor!
This is a well-appointed and convenient location near most of Sitka's shops and restaurants. We were able to run to Cross Trail and from there get in some wonderful trail running. This is great place for a couple. The bed is firm and the furnishings are cozy. Once the restaurant options are exhausted, the kitchen is small but utilitarian and has what is needed to make good meals. There's no better view.

Cozy, Clean Downtown Sitka Studio with a Million Dollar View
We loved the location, the view, and the layout and amenities this place had to offer. Katy and Jack were great to deal with, and super helpful with advice on local services. The studio was spotless, stocked with just enough of what we needed - and (again) the view through the big front windows is STUNNING!! We'll be back...

With a terrific location and view, this studio apartment is thoughtfully designed and well appointed. Seating area is comfortable (with killer view), kitchen is well supplied, and bedding/linens/towels are good quality. Internet is excellent and everything is within easy walking distance. Hosts (Katy & Jack) are responsive and helpful. We had a perfect stay.

Fabulous place to stay!
The view is breathtaking and the eagles are very entertaining. This apartment was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It is in a downtown location so it was easy to walk to many places, including the airport! If we ever come to Sitka again, we will definitely see if this same place is available. Highly recommended. Blackout curtains needed
This was the perfect place for our fishing trip in Sitka. Everything was just great. Only thing I would suggest might be blackout curtains as we found it a little difficult to try & go to sleep. The blinds were just not quite darkening enough. Otherwise, we highly recommend this unit!

For a visit to Sitka, you cannot beat being downtown with a large window view of the water from the couch! Plus, as a studio you can make your own breakfast to start the day... when you want and still be in your pjs!

Cute little studio in a prime location
My wife and I stayed here for 5 total days, and felt right at home. Though this cozy little apartment doesnt have the greatest amenities, it does the job and I does it in comfort. It is in a 3 story building that includes a cafe, a thrift store, and a Mexican restaurant but it was quiet enough for us to forget any of those other businesses were even open. Highly suggest staying here. Especially considering the cost.
