“This is our second time staying at Jack's place and I'm sure it will not be our last. We love how close to beach access it is. We also love the sun room and the dining room area. The kitchen is full of everything you would need. It is very kid friendly with lots of games and puzzles. We loved the addition of the I spy table and the little wooden pinball machine. It was pretty rainy during our stay so it was nice to have things to do inside the house. Thank you for a wonderful stay!”

“Another great stay at this location! Third year here and it delivers everything we need every time. Wonderful layout if you want to be with the group or slip away on your own for a while. Fire pit is always a nighttime favorite spot to gather and retell the activities of the day. Always room for everyone to take in a meal together and big improvements to what already a great kitchen. TVs conveniently located through out and game room and card table to enjoy some leisure competition. Recommend...

“Two nice sized bedrooms with their bathrooms. Full sized kitchen for a longer stay. Back yard great for pets. Very very clean. Highly recommended.”

“Charming place which looks like it stepped out of Pottery Barn. Across from the marina, you can walk anywhere to shops and restaurants and especially close around the back, the coffee shop. The property manager Doreen was so personable and nice, getting us a luggage rack and giving us suggestions. The place is sparklingly clean and well kept. We want to return soon!”

“The location of the property is awesome. It's on the river and right down the street from the hatchery which is a popular drop in spot for fishing on the Elk River. Kitchen was fully stocked with any cooking tools and utensils you need. Great place to stay.”

“We have stayed here twice now and each time has been terrific. The home is set up well, comfortable, clean, and has great access to the beach. We had a minor issue this year but the owners and property managers responded quickly and resolved the problem. We will stay here again!”

“Very cute little cottage part way up a hill with a fantastic view of the bay from either the balcony or just propped up on pillows while laying in bed. A public access beach is two short blocks away. Beach is very dog friendly and not crowded at all. The town is very sleepy but there are a few good places to eat. The crazy Norwegian serves really good fish and chips, and the Redfish restaurant has excellent food and a great view. Make sure to get reservations though.”
