“We stayed at Chadwick Holiday Flats in Skegness for a short overnight visit and were really impressed. Even though check-in was supposed to end at a specific time, the owners were incredibly accommodating and allowed us to check in late without any issues. They even checked in with us afterwards to make sure we had settled in comfortably, which was a lovely touch.

“Quality of furniture in the apartment is really poor with one dining seat being dangerous and mattress on all beds poor. Showers are best left to run for at least 15 minutes till they heat up and was disappointed there was only the kitchen area to sit in which had no tv but one in main bedroom. Stairs are a killer and was not advised about available parking to the rear which I only found on our last night. Can’t fault how clean it all was and it was £100’s cheaper than everything else nearby....

“We arrived with the wrong door combination but luckily someone met us and let us in.
The Wi-fi wasn't the correct one but no one got back to us.
The tv in the living room has a smashed screen (again no answer).
The tv in one bedroom was not connected to an aerial or cable and there was no tv in the small bedroom.
The was nothing in two of the bedrooms to hang clothes and neither had mirrors.
The shower door was broken.
The sink in the bathrrom didn't emptying properly.
