“Left my gold ring on the side of microwave tried reaching out to staff about it they asked me to leave a message to the manager , they haven’t called back seem too not be interested in helping out at this point I’ll take the loss yeah it’s my mistake but atleast have some type of effort in helping out or reaching out would be nice, I run a business and I know the moment I get a whiff of something shady going on that would be a priority oh well just don’t leave your stuff in hotel rooms. “What a great place to stay, we booked 2 nights with my husband and our 5 year old, the rooms are very decent size, but the best was how clean it was, the beds, the restroom, the entire room was spotless. Thank you 😊”

“There is no one in the office to check us in. The wifi doesn't work. I contacted staff and they texted back "I will check now". The next day I asked back and no response. The original text asked us to take trash out to the dumpster next to the house, but there isn't a dumpster. The hot tub and pool are both empty and dry. There are lots of ants and spiders in the rooms.”
