“Pet friendly , staff was extremely kind and helpful. Rooms were immaculate with plenty of everything. The bed / bedding was incredibly soft. Normally I bring my own down pillows but I forgot and was quite happy to discover that the pillows at the Hyatt are excellent. Not lumpy and not flat. We would easily stay there again. The price on Expedia was actually higher than the hotel which I didn’t like but that’s nothing to do with the hotel. I will address this with Expedia.”

“It was a busy weekend, we arrived for the 4th of July festivities. We parked at the garage but needed to wait a while for a space. The Carriage Way provided a card for free parking (two nights) and also gave us a gift (champagne) for the parking inconvenience! Our room was on the main floor right in the main lobby but it was surprisingly quiet. We loved all the amenities ( free water, sodas, and even red and white wine and homemade cookies). We were in the heart of the town, literally minutes...

“I liked the simplicity of the motel and they had just the right amount of essentials to help me get by while I was there. The location was fabulous and was a great option for me as a solo traveler. Walkable to the beach, restaurants and a Publix! I appreciated that they didn’t have housekeeping services daily which allowed me to feel like my belongings that I left behind were secure and safe. I would definitely stay here again if the occasion arises again!”

“The stay at the hotel was super, the interior of the hotel and the rooms very clean and beautiful, the breakfast very good and with good offers, we liked it very much. “stayed here 2 nights with my fiancé for a small getaway to St. Augustine. this hotel was conveniently close to everything which was a plus, the room was good, clean, the breakfast was ok it definitely could have had more selection but you get what you paid for. i’d definitely consider booking here again if i was in town again for a short stay.”

“The location was perfect! Located in the historic area, across from the fort. The kids enjoyed everything so close by, as did I. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We’ll be staying there anytime we are in the area. Because it’s so close to all the weekend action (bars, restaurants) there was slight noise throughout the night. The hotel advises of this and offers earplugs, however, it didn’t bother us.”

“The pros: Location, right in the heart of the historic district Large king size bed Cons: Parking, it's a few blocks away and they charge you extra for it plus extra for housekeeping May need earplugs as close to bars (depending on time of day) Needs some updating- the tub was peeling, there was a towel rack not fulling attached to the wall, a missing curtain rod It's labeled a bed and breakfast but there's no breakfast”
