“Our room was in desperate need of a makeover. The tub was all scratched up and the towel bar was missing. The wall paper was peeling. There was a knob missing on the credenza, I later found the knob stuffed into an extremely dusty cubby in the desk. The lobby smell was overwhelming with air fresheners. We were able to get an early check in (1.5 hours early), perhaps the room was our punishment for an early check in. Very disappointed, not worth the price!”

“Handy location. Nice and clean, recently done up. Breakfast was really nice with fresh fruit and freshly sqeezed juices. Not a huge selection of things but it changed everyday. Easy to drive in to St Augustine and park in the parking garage which was inexpensive. Would stay here again. ”

“Overall, the property was good value for the price. It was clean and maintained. The breakfast had lots of choices. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly. I disliked the fact that I initially had to cut the stay short by one day due to a flight issue. I received a $99 refund for the night reduction. Later in the week my flight changed again. I asked to book the extra day back and then the hotel wanted to charge me $180 for the night. Keep in mind, there were 6 empty rooms...

“We booked a suite but none on first floor so they gave us a regular king on first floor went in room water all over floor went to front dest and told check in lady she said she don’t see how there was water gave me extra towels for the water. Then the tub would not drain half full of water took pictures showed desk asked for a different room but they were full I informed Expedia they noted that hotel was going to see us but we check out”
