“The front desk personnel was very rude at check in due to an issue with reservation via Expedia which is a third party. We asked for extra linen for the couch bed there was none in the room,it took hours to bring it up finally after several requests, the next morning there was NO breakfast due to no chef coming out we were told on Saturday, the carpets are dirty, one of the worse hotels I’ve ever stayed in. ”

“Room was great, staff in the reception very frendly and helpful, complimentary breakfast was great and pool and play area was excellent. If I pass by again I will stay here. Can recommend it.”

“Very average experience. Blankets seemed like they were cleaned/washed but still had stains. Bathroom curtain also was stained. When TV wasn't working, front desk gave me a TV remote to fix the TV myself. ”

“The AC made noises, there was a stain in lamp shade that looked like blood but front desk claims otherwise. Breakfast was ok, we only did one night because the hotel we booked for spring break was booked to add one more night. Value for room we got not worth it.”

“Handy location. Nice and clean, recently done up. Breakfast was really nice with fresh fruit and freshly sqeezed juices. Not a huge selection of things but it changed everyday. Easy to drive in to St Augustine and park in the parking garage which was inexpensive. Would stay here again. ”

“The first room I was assigned had a very unpleasant smell, similar to mold or a wet dog. I was moved to a second room, which was slightly better, but the shower had rust around the drain area. The bed was very uncomfortable, at times the room would be very hot. Unfortunately, I was not impressed with the staff either. They would see you but not acknowledge or greet you, which felt unwelcoming. The breakfast was also disappointing, the food looked reheated and not fresh at all. Overall, this was...
