“What an amazing corner of the world. Very remote, peaceful and quiet. The hiking was wonderful. The cabin had everything we needed once we had our kitchen stocked with food. My only advice is that it would be nice to know before arrival that the nearest grocery store is 90 minutes away. We could have shopped ahead of time and saved a 3 hour round trip to Oban. Thank you Allan for a clean modern cabin for 9 days.....”

“The pod was small but comfortable. It was a little crowded with our luggage and it would have been nice to be able to push our luggage under the bed when not in use. The host provided a french press and coffee and sugar. No salt and pepper or cooking oils were provided if you are planning on cooking any meals. “A perfect little weekend 3 night stay with my wife, our 3 boys and 2 dogs. The cabin was spotless, wonderfully cosy and rustic. The weather was appauling, windy and raining non-stop for the whole weekend, but it was the perfect little bolt hole to feel safe from the elements inside by the roaring wood burner. Will certainly return again soon. Highly recommended!”

“My party stayed at the other side of Loch Awe a couple of years ago and were keen to return to the area. Decided on Dalavich after driving past the village previously. The cabin is in a great location with amazing views. Not too far from the loch. The cabin was clean and functional. Great size for the 4 of us.
