Pensionat i Slough

“Nothing stood out as good. I was initially in room 3. There was not even a coat hook. I had nowhere to hang my shirts. There was also no bedside lamp and no lightswitch within reach of the bed. The shower had no bracket so was not self supporting. When I complained about this they did relocate me to Room 2 which had a functioning shower and did have a hanging rail. In both rooms, the amount of noise from the plumbing was very intrusive. I was woken at 4am by the very loud sounds of...

“Rooms are old and have been lived. A lot of rust, broken furniture, bathrooms need a remodel. Hot water yes, very hot, cold water was hard to get as the shower was stuck on hot, almost burned myself. All in all heavily lived. Shops are close, free parking for up to 3 cars. Full kitchen with oven, microwave, kettle, fridge/freezer. But again heavily lived. Free WiFi. Beds are not that great. Good for a night or two maximum.”

“Very well equipped, everything excellent quality. Food wonderful. All good.”

“Worked well, cheapest place by far in the area and room was quite nice. Staff were very friendly”

Further issues included a strong mouldy smell in the whole accommodation (it was hard to let fresh air in...

“Had a lovely stay Very helpful staff and room beautifully clean. Very near to shop and not too far from town will stay again happily.”

“Var ej där. Sämsta stället vad gäller att svara och återkoppla ”

“Very friendly staff”

“Very close to Heathrow Airport and incredibly affordable. However the price speaks for itself. The open plan kitchen was nice to cook food in. There was lots of signs of wear and tear throughout the property.”

“Good”

“The staff and host were very friendly and helpful. The location is about a 25 minute walk to the metro station. Excellent English breakfast. I highly recommend staying here.”

“On the negative side, the room was too small and very basic, the bed and the pillows were of low standards. The noise was also high and I could hear people talking outside the room. On the positive side, staff was is friendly and helpful. The shared dining area where tea/coffee is available all the time free of charge is wonderful. The garden is also very nice and relaxing. Heathrow Airport is only 2 stops away and there is also a lot of restaurants and shops in the area. Overall, this is a good...
