“This was our first trip to the USVI and on a whim we chose Water Island. It did not disappoint! The property was perfect, and what a view! We enjoyed the back patio in the morning to watch the sunrise and see the cruise ships roll in and in the evening we had tortoises visit and just enjoyed the breeze. “This is a lovely property. It is private and well stocked. The outstanding view from the deck, especially at sunrise, offsets the 86, slippery when wet, steps to get to the cottage. The location is get. We are partial to the Coral Bay area. So, this was a great find.”

“We enjoyed our stay and exploring St. John. We had been a little apprehensive about staying in Coral Bay, but we found it peaceful and convenient. Several local markets met our needs and a couple of restaurants were casual and had good food. The apartment was unique and the builder had taken care and pride in the design and workmanship. The home was exceptionally clean and very, very well stocked with everything we could use.There was ample towels for the beach, towels for the bathroom, beach noodles, beach chairs and umbrella. carrying bags for the grocery store.
