With a front and rear deck, a large backyard, and a well-equipped kitchen, this property offers plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen comes with a dishwasher, while the laundry includes a washing machine for your convenience. Outdoors, you'll find a BBQ for alfresco dining and an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. Stay connected with Wi-Fi and enjoy ample parking space for up to three cars.

The home comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests: the master bedroom features a queen bed, the second bedroom has a triple bunk bed, and the third bedroom includes a single bed and a bunk bed. The large family bathroom is perfect for everyone to freshen up after a day of fun in the sun.

After a day on the beach, grab lunch or a coffee at the local shop, or challenge the family to a game of cricket in the spacious backyard. Conveniently located near the Grand Prix circuit and just a short drive to the main town of Cowes and the famous Penguin Parade, this property is perfectly positioned for both relaxation and adventure.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.

A security deposit of AUD500 is required for all confirmed reservations. This will be processed via an online link 7 days prior to arrival and will be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
