“The communication with the property management team was terrible. The pool table was rickety and placed improperly so you could not use it. The ball game was broken. The treadmill was broken. The TVs did not work and you could not access internet at the house. The toilet seats were loose and I almost fell off of the toilet. The toilet in the lower main level was broken. “Ryan was welcoming and very responsive. The beds were extremely comfortable and the shower’s water pressure was excellent! You can tell the owners have put a lot of thought and care into the decoration and setup of this quaint space. They even had a curly-haired diffuser for the hair dryer! Their vast selections of provided coffees and teas were thoroughly enjoyable. Thank you for hosting us! ”
