“Honestly this location was great except the HOST / VRBO! Description is not true! There is no canyon view for a studio room. You have to get a one bedroom and then 3 days before arrival put a request for a room. VRBO was no help. I booked this stay because it said it had a view. Extremely disappointing!!!!! We looked at a parking lot and a maintaince building that the laundry was being done all night! Do NOT PUT YOUR REQUEST THROUGH HOST THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU.”

“We chose as our home base for our time in Phoenix,AZ , stayed here for 4 nights. The location is great, close to everything.Clean and comfortable room, love home decor and kitchen . Will absolutely stay again when we come back to town.”

“Really enjoyed our stay with extended family. Property is spacious with many small areas for private conversations.”

“Excellent and clean property with all amenities and vibes”

“A beautiful place with the comforts of home. The place was spotless and welcoming. A keycode entry lock is always a nice feature. The kitchen well outfitted with the usual dishes, small appliances, etc. The A/C was great and it wasn't too long before I had the program features figured out. The bathroom was well stocked with plenty of towels (including 2 big beach towels). The shampoo, conditioner etc. that were supplied were nice, and there were some additional supplies which included...

“The pictures that were posted did not do this property justice! Top notch from top to bottom! Host was very communicative and tended to our every need. We will definitely be returning. 10 out of 10!!”

“Great coffee and snacks. Nice to have creamer in the frig. Overall a great little quiet place with parking right in front.”

“Great views”

“We had our family all together after adult kids deployment. Home is so beautiful. Location in the foothills is breathtaking. Saw alot of road runners. Haven’t seen them since I watched cartoons. Kitchen had right amount of plates, utensils, and gadgets. Bathrooms had shampoo/conditioner body wash in showers(nice touch!) . Lots of towels and comfortable beds. Pool and hot tub perfect. Sat around firepit and told sea stories. Game room basketball was family favorite. This host accommodated our...

“Very well equipped kitchen ”

“A perfect base for our adventures in Scottsdale - close to airport, easy access to great restaurants and Camelback trailhead within a couple of minutes away, and then easy drive to other things we wanted to do (botanical gardens, Phoenix Mountains Preserve). The pool is basic and water was cold (in mid-October) but nice to have access to it. The EV chargers were not accessible to us, which was a disappointment, but otherwise our stay was excellent. The decor in the condo is lovely and there are...

“We had a great stay at Cindy's villa. It was clean, spacious in a beautiful setting. Cindy was a pleasure to deal with.”

“The home is close to shopping/dining. It is well appointed. The beds were comfortable and bedding new and refreshing. The heated pool was very nice. Check-in was easy and hosts were quick to respond to inquiries.”

“Property was very nice and great location. I had asked the price difference between 2 rooms and the more expensive one had a separate bedroom from living room. I paid the extra to have that but when we got there we got a room that had a couch next to bed all in one room. It had a small kitchenette that worked well for us. Although I thought I had paid for the bigger room we still had a great time and the room was just fine. We stayed 11 days and did a lot of sight seeing. ”
