“We really enjoyed our stay at Sam's. It was very clean and the perfect location in Seward to enjoy the town. The house is well equipped and comfortable. I would recommend it for a short stay. I know the dated plumbing is mentioned, but flushing the toilet even with one piece of TP makes it gurgle and made us nervous. The shower also did not drain properly.”

“The layout of the unit was good. We enjoyed having a gas stove and the bed was comfortable. The couch wasn't as easy to navigate, but it was okay. We did appreciate having an ottoman and end tables. I would have liked some grab bars in the shower, which is also quite small. However, the water pressure was excellent. We didn't have any place to hang up coats.
