“Stayed one night in August. Nice location downtown Anchorage. Maybe nejds some updating but it is clean and comfortable. I had boken two nights but had to leave early due cancellations by airline and I could do that without any charges. That is professional.”

“The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. They were under-staffed and the website states that there was a pool and gym onsite. That is not true as you had to go across the street to the Hotel Captain Cook and use their facilities. Those facilities are more for elderly men/women and the mens quarters made my sons feel uncomfortable. ”

“The staff was very helpful, rooms were clean. They helped me find my key back and super supportive in everything. The only thing I don't like is about the elevator, which might be inconvenient for walking all the way down, especially for people with walking issues. But, overall, the place was very nice and amazing.”
