She did suggest to speak to the Manager which I did…I still thought it was strange that I had to go so far as to speak to the manager just to get my key when I had already checked in. The Manager was sweet, but I had to explain why I was skipping the line and she almost did deny me, not until I said I have not received a message about the room and when she checked, it did say it was ready. I ended up getting the room at 5:40 pm. I did love the shuttle service to the airport the hotel provides, definitely great location if one has an early flight from San Diego. For Beer lovers, there is a Brewery in the premises, thought it was cool. "
