"I checked into the hotel at 4:15 pm and my room was not ready. I never received a message that my room was ready. I went back to reception at 5:20pm and there was the longest line and I asked one of the employees if I needed to wait on that huge line to get my key, and she answered YES! She did suggest to speak to the Manager which I did…I still thought it was strange that I had to go so far as to speak to the manager just to get my key when I had already checked in. The Manager was sweet, but I had to explain why I was skipping the line and she almost did deny me, not until I said I have not received a message about the room and when she checked, it did say it was ready. I ended up getting the room at 5:40 pm. I did love the shuttle service to the airport the hotel provides, definitely great location if one has an early flight from San Diego. For Beer lovers, there is a Brewery in the premises, thought it was cool. "

"Very helpful staff at the front desk. They first put me in a room with connecting doors to other rooms on the 4th floor, but when I asked to have a room without those doors they moved me to a bigger room without those doors on the 15th floor with no hesitation. They were also helpful with suggestions on how to go to and from Angel Stadium etc. "

"We visited the hotel with two young children and had a room with two queen beds. The room was recently updated and looked very nice. Products in the bathroom were great, spacious room, huge plus for a large fridge, coffee maker and ice machine. The pool was heated and large, we had lots of fun! All staff were absolutely amazing and so friendly! Location wise you just can’t beat it, especially at this price. We enjoyed our stay and it was very comfortable and convenient with kids!"
