Hotellrummet i sig var inte superspeciellt jämfört med hotell för cirka halva priset och man såg också att vissa av möblerna samt mattan varit använda länge och var lite slitna. Men man får bra valuta för det man betalat och mer därtill i gåva av hotellet, samt fantastisk service. Vi hade ett mycket fint dygn på Gallia."

"I booked three rooms for me and my team, have stayed at the hotel many times before. We received the worst rooms, can’t understand how the hotel can give a frequent guest arriving again these rooms, very bad Managment. I talked to the staff and no compensation….."

"Stort utbud av frukost, trevlig personal, rent och fräscht. Nära Duomen. Ca 35 min om man vill promenera annars 4 stationer med tunnelbanan som ligger precis utanför hotellet. "

"Area: Unfortunately the outside area is subject to a massive construction project (road construction) - so its not a nice way to the hotel. The hotel is located 10 minutes walk from the hotel so thats great. Hotel: It’s ok. But according to pricing you expect more. The entrance is quite small and noisy. When we arrived there was tables and signs for a conference schedule that was two days before. (It’s a management problem). Rooms: Ok - but they have seen their best days and need some upgrades. Broken lamps, door posts and walls needs to be painted. The bar: Don’t expect a perfect old fashion or Caiprinha. Order just gin/tonic etc Breakfast: A good selections that suits most people. Very friendly hostesses. So great! According to Goldmember benefits at Hotels.com they are not following what they offer. Overall - we are still satisfied."
