The property was beautiful and it is easy to walk around the entire Lely resort. We loved the players club pool, bocce, pickleball and restaurant! It was easy to communicate with the owner, he was very responsive! We look forward to returning!”

“This house was AMAZING. I hosted a business mastermind for 7 people and EVERYONE was amazed. There was so much space through the house, the living room, dining area, bedrooms, etc - and then the outside... WOW! The pool was perfect, the hot tub was great, the pickleball court WITH LIGHTS?!? We had so much fun and capped our weekend off with a bonfire and some bbq. There were a couple of pretty minor issues that popped up during our 4 day stay but Ladd was incredibly responsive and went above and...

“The property is very comfortable with some nice decor. The pool area gets the morning sun but later in the day it moves away. However the communal pool, which is just across the way is available. There were a couple of minorissues, which have been fed back to the owner. We’d certainly consider staying again.”

The carpet was a little worn in one area and Collier traffic is loud. However, it wouldn’t stop us from renting there again.”

“We had a fantastic time during our week at Ivan’s property in Naples! The house has a very Zen feel and is perfect for a family retreat. It is beautifully maintained, in soothing colors of blue and white, with a lovely in-ground pool in a quiet setting surrounded by tropical landscaping. Our adult children and grandkids loved swimming in the backyard pool and playing all the games left for us to enjoy. The property is super quiet and safe promoting a very peaceful feeling.
