“The main thing I look for when I rent in Hampton is parking. I’ve been going for years. The listing for this rental originally said ‘2 parking spaces’. So I booked it. The day before I checked in I received a message from the owner saying ‘please remember there is no parking provided and you need to bring your own linens. Really? None of which were correct in the ad. I brought this to the renters attention and he said ‘sorry for the inconvenience but there is no parking provided. I ended up...

“Super easy transaction—booking, communication, and checkout were all smooth. The place was clean, nicely set up, and in a great location. Quiet, family-friendly neighborhood where the kids could bike around, and just a block from the beach. I’d definitely stay again, which says a lot. Only thing is it could use a few more pots and pans, but overall, very happy.”

“My Mom and I stayed here when we had to come for a funeral. We loved the view, the shared courtyard and the proximity to the beach. The place looked just like the photos and Sean was super responsive. Although there isn't a patio there is a huge lawn with chairs and a BBQ. ”
