“The property is not new but well maintained and clean and tidy. Well considered to stay like home having variety of goods including beach equipments. It has an electronic cooker and pans as well in the closet. It even has a first aid kit. ”

“We stayed for 6 nights and the area and closeness to everything was terrific. The condo is a little tired, needing new blinds in both bedroom and lounge areas. Some fins missing from the bedroom verticals made mornings very early! The view however was as promised-amazing. ”

“We're familiar with the property having stayed here several times before. This unit was by far one of the tops we've had. It was super clean, well done, very nicely furnished. Property is always nice, clean and maintained and has nice coffee shop and little store on ground floor. Super close to beach (2 blocks) and attractions.”

“Friends and family also stayed at the Pacific Monarch, which made it extremely convenient. Location is excellent and easy to navigate to and from. Utilized the BBQ and community room for a few dinners. ”

“If you need a base of operations to see the sights, this is hard to beat for the price. It is small, but it serves the purpose. The food trucks across the street is a big bonus!The coffee shop in the lobby has tasty pastries and breakfast croissants. Parking could be cheaper, but getting to and from your car is easy. ”

“This manager is very attentive, from them step-by-step directions (including pictures) for check-in and check-out, to the quick responses during my stay. A place in Waikiki that includes parking is a major win. I enjoyed the location on the edge of Waikiki as everything I wanted to do was outside of the neighborhood so getting in and out was generally easy. The view is spectacular. “Check in process was easy. I had had some issues with the VRBO website but our host Michelle very quickly responded by sending information to my phone. Michelle was very timely with addressing any questions. We didn't rent a vehicle, just used the bus and walked. The condo is close to the beach and the Ala Moana shopping center. The condo was exceptionally clean. I enjoyed the upmarket toiletries too.”
