Midweek Skiing
The condo was as listed and made it easy for us to ski in and ski out of Solitude. It was nice having a heated garage to park in and the condo is located in the building with the pool and entertainment rooms. The owners updates to the condo were nice as well. Just an FYI: I hadn’t noticed from the pictures, but there are only 5 chairs at table, so our family couldn’t all sit down at the table together for a meal. There were two things that made it so we wouldn’t stay here again. The biggest bummer was the cleanliness of the Condo. The condo had been wiped up, but not really cleaned. The floors were still dirty, behind decorative pillows were objects left behind from other tenants, the trundle bed was unmade and the mattress protector pad had hair all over it, things like that. The other big bummer was the age of the condo. Although the condo has been updated recently, parts of it still feel like a 30 year old condo. One toilet was plugged on arrival (so we unplugged it, but decided not to use it because it still didn’t flush great), the other never plugged, but emptied very slowly and made us all nervous. The owner was quickly responsive when I texted about the toilet. The bare toilet plunger was under the sink with the stack of clean towels resting against it, so I felt like I needed to wash all the towels before we used them.

Long weekend snowboard trip
We were lucky to find Zac’s place. There’s plenty of comfortable living space and the beds were great. The pool/hot tubs were a great bonus after spending the days on the slopes. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The check in/out was easy and any question I had for Zac he was quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again.

Serenity in Solitude

Wonderful unit at Solitude
This unit was the perfect place for our family ski vacation. Great location in Eagle Springs East (which has the pool/hot tub/game room), and the unit is really nicely updated. Zac is a great host - very responsive and accommodating. We had a wonderful time.

2023 Holiday Stay
We had a wonderful time at the condo for Christmas 2023. Zac was a great host and very responsive. When we were missing a few things, he was right there to provide what we needed. Great communication. Comfortable living room and the kitchen had everything we needed. Great location right in the village close to the slopes. Would highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful family stay
My family stayed here for a few days over Thanksgiving and we loved it! The location was perfect, and the slopes are only a short shuttle stop away. Our three year old enjoyed the small playground outside and the game room on the first floor of the building. We also appreciated easy access to the hot tub downstairs - so relaxing! The host was so easy to communicate with and he answered all our questions right away. I definitely recommend this property for your stay!

Just what we needed!
It’s been a crazy year for our family and this was the perfect place to restore and rejuvenate! We’ve been to Solitide 10+ years in a row for spring break and stayed in this condo twice before. The remodel is beautiful, very comfortable, clean and has all you need for a perfect vaca. Thanks for having us - we will be back again!

Excellent location. Great property!
I’ve stayed four different condos in the Solitude village and this was my favorite. Well furnished, comfortable beds, great TV/cable setup (we all love college basketball) and it is impossible to beat the proximity to the slopes. We will be back!

Great Spot - Close to amenities and slopes
Newly renovated with owner direct touches for that homey feel. Owners were responsive and helpful. Our vehicle was too tall for garage but owner and management arranged for parking passes which was very helpful. Unit is in the same building as pool and rec rooms which was nice for the kiddo's.

Perfect Stay
We loved this condo and Solitude. Condo is recently remodeled and very comfortable, clean and cozy. We hosted our granddaughters and they loved the pool, the beds and TV! There were fun activities at the resort for them to partake in also. Plenty of beautiful hikes nearby. It was such a nice condo to call home for a week. We brought our own groceries and everything else we needed was in the condo. Loved the fluffy towels, comfy beds and perfect sheets. The pool is just downstairs which I appreciated. Check in was a breeze and the owner is always available for a quick question. There are a/c units in the bedrooms which we didn't need a lot since it cools off nicely in the evening. You will love staying in this condo. We're already planning our trip back!

Great Corner Condo in Solitude
This is a nice condo in Solitude Mountain Village in Eagle Springs East. The layout was perfect and spacious for our family of 3 and the condo of choice for our friends to congregate. It is the building where the pools and hot tubs are and the game room and movie theater which is great for all ages. Zac the owner was super nice, available and attentive. This was our first trip to Solitude and we loved the small village and ski in and ski out access.

Everything is as advertised and it's CLEAN!
Property was well stocked and very well maintained. Everything you needed in the kitchen and more importantly everything worked. Check in / check out and parking was really easy. Location was exactly as advertised, just a short walk to the slopes. If you're headed to Solitude this is great place to stay and need beds for 4-5 guests this is a great place to stay.

Absolutely wonderful!
Solitude is an awesome mountain and this property is steps away from the lift. The village is a quintessential ski dream and this unit is right above the pool and hot tubs. It was so convenient. Inside is very clean and comfortable, we were able to cook meals and slept well. I would recommend this unit and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect getaway
Perfect place for a long weekend getaway. It was the perfect size, super cozy and amazing location. It had easy access to solitude mountains and the club that was on the first floor was super fun for the kids. Nice hot tube and fun games for all ages. The condo its self was overall easy and perfect for a good ski trip.

Great Post Christmas cacation
Very comfortable and super clean condo. Perfect for our family of four. We would stay again. No significant lift lines all week after Christmas and we got lucky with tons on snow. Just grab your groceries from cottonwood heights on your way up since there are minimal supples available in the canyon. Great communication from the host. Experience overall was amazing!

Great Holiday

Comfortable and good location
Good location to hit some good trails and to be where the temperature is comfortable in the summer. Bloods lake was a cool spot to hike to. The underground parking was convenient. It was well stocked with towels and small things like detergent soap and condiments. The portable AC units were able to keep the unit at a comfortable temperature. Zac was very helpful and available through text or messaging to help with any questions about the area or the unit. Good food options were nearby. The unit has higher end fixtures and furnishings. First time exploring the area. This was a good place to do it from.

Great condo!
Kitchen was well stocked with ample supplies, beds and pillows were very comfortable! Communication with owners was fantastic! I sent him a message and he called me within a minute! Only possible improvement would be hand soap in the master and kitchen. I didn't bring any and had to go to the other bathroom to wash my hands! Thanks for the great stay! My kids love coming up to Solitude in the summer!

Terrific location, great host communication
Had a terrific ski trip. The condo was just as described, and had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. Kitchen was nicely stocked with essentials for cooking meals. Location is great, close to slopes and lift access, right in the center of village near the restaurants and shops, and very convenient being in the same building with the gym and pool/hot tubs. Everything worked properly, and very comfortably furnished.

Great stay at Solitude
The unit was perfect for our five-some. Kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. Loved the foyer space for guests to leave coats and boots. Easy access to the heated pool and hot tubs. Easy underground parking. Zac was very kind and responsive every time I had a problem or a question. When the fireplace wouldn't come on, he responded to my call immediately and had a guy come fix it the next morning. Having to find Zac's house on the way to pick up the key sounded like a pain-in-the-ass, but it was actually quite easy. One downer: the ski rental shop in the Village closed up for the season in the middle of our January trip without any warning.

Krupa Ski vacation
Fantastic property. Location and parking were the best. Easy walk to lifts, store and food sources. Ski slopes were never crowded and the Solitude personnel were always friendly and helpful. Fantastic trip!

Ideal Solitude Spot
The condo had a great layout and was immaculate and very comfortable. It had everything we could possibly need for our stay. Very comfortable beds, sheets and towels. There were a lot of “extras” too: such as games and dvds , even a multiple device charging station (key when traveling with teens...) and a very helpful binder of information. The owner was very prompt in responding to any questions. We would definitely recommend this condo to any friends we know visiting Solitude.

Great place to stay at Solitude
We've stayed at one other condo at Solitude and this one was far superior! Great size, layout, decor, wonderfully clean, and super-convenient to be right in the building with all of the Amenities (pool, gym, game room, etc.). We loved the fireplace, comfy beds, and ease of communication with the property manager, who helpfully sent a lot of info and the key in advance. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful condo- perfect for our family
My family of four stayed during our spring break. The condo is very nicely decorated and was very comfortable. It was roomy enough to invite my sister's family over for dinner and for everyone to hang out and watch basketball. It was really nice to find some starter supplies there such as toilet paper, garbage bags and dishwashing soap. The owner was great and checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was going well. We would definitely stay here again if we vacation in Solitude.

Just wonderful
This is our second stay in this condo and it was as wonderful as our first. The location is perfect - it's critical for anyone looking at places in Solitude Village to understand that ONLY the Eagle Springs East building (where this condo is located) has direct indoor access to the hot tubs and pool. Parking in the basement, ski lockers on the first floor, and a small but well-stocked store in the building make the whole experience easy and enjoyable. The condo itself is well-appointed with comfortable and attractive furnishings and all appliances in fine working order. It just doesn't get any better than this. We'll be back next year!

Perfect ski condo
This is a perfect ski condo for a family of four or five. It has been tastefully redone and is very user friendly. The kitchen has all of the utensils you need to cook a meal and a good selection of spices and such in the cupboard pantry. Much better than many of the other places that I have stayed that have a "kitchen" but you are out of luck if you did not pack salt and a spatula. The condo is right upstairs from "Club Solitude" where the hot tub and pool are located, as well as a pool table, computers, a game room, saunas and changing rooms, and a library. It is an easy walk from the indoor ski lockers to the slopes or the ski rental store. If you don't feel like cooking after a long day of skiing, there a few tasty options a one or two minute walk away. Communication with Zac was very easy and he answered any questions that I had very quickly. All in all it was one of the best VRBO experiences that I have had.

We had a great stay here at Solitude. The condo is modern, comfortable and well kept.
👍Inside parking and locker for skis were very convenient. Quick walk to the lift and the pool and hot tubs at the same building were a great way to wind down at the end of the day. If you are looking for some solitude at Solitude definitely stay here!

Beautiful resort.
This condo is well-maintained and in a perfect location to the resort amenities. The reason I give this a four instead of five is because of the experience. During our stay there was construction on the condo above us, I was sitting on the deck while being rained on by sawdust, The loud construction also started at 7:30 in the morning on a Saturday. I also feel the cleaning fee is a little steep due to the fact we had to strip all the beds, take out the trash and ensure the dishwasher was started. I would normally do this anyways, I feel it’s common courtesy, and do not have a problem doing these things I just felt the cleaning fee shouldn’t have been what it was if I’m doing them. Most cleaning fees that require these actions are half the price.

Fabulous stay. Fabulous ski. If you want active nightlife and a pumping village, Solitude is not for you. If you want quiet nights in playing cards and home cooked meals come to Solitude.

Perfect little place for our family of 4!
Love Solitude & Brighton! It's our 5th year here and stayed in several other condos at the base -this was our favorite so far! Beds and pillows are comfortable, everything very clean, nice updated colors etc. The layout is nice and love being in the main building. There is some "plow noise" early mornings (4:00am!) since right there on one of the main condo roads but I think only because we got a lot of snow so not complaining. Could use a couple spare kitchen trash bags and one extra paper towel as ended up having to purchase but that was it. (Towels also have some bleach stains on them in master but as a VRBO owner ourselves - we know it happens). No problems whatsoever and overall - fabulous!

Thanks for you thoughtful write-up. I appreciate letting us know where we can improve too. I will talk to our housekeeper and make sure we provide for more paper towels and trash bags. Usually she does leave extra, but I will make sure she does it every time. Additionally, thank you for letting me know about the bleach on some of the Master Bedroom towels, since we haven't stayed up there for a few months it is helpful to know. Excellent property - great location - as described
Very clean and well-stocked unit. Travelling with our two kids, this was perfect for skiing at Solitude and Brighton. Easy parking and locker for skis on the ground floor. Kids were in the hottub and pool every day. Highly recommended!

Best and Most Convenient Location to Everything in Solitude
This is the place to stay if you are in Solitude. Mark's communication with everything was top notch. The place was wonderful. Solitude is low key and not as packed and that's exactly what we were wanting for a very low key New Year's and my sister's birthday. The walk after a day of snowboarding from the lifts to take a break and to the restaurants in the village was very convenient. Mark left very detailed instructions to make sure you had no problems getting in and getting out. We would 100 percent stay here again and recommend this to anyone. The unit is perfect and very comfortable, there were 4 of us and it was exactly what we needed for our stay. Couches and beds were comfortable and there's a washer/Dryer if needed as well. Perfect for cooking meals if staying in, though we suggest grocery store shopping in town prior to arriving here. Thank you very much! It was a wonderful start to 2018!

Perfect place to stay at Solitude
We recently stayed at this property and can only say that we had one of our best vacations ever. The condo was perfect all the way around. Our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids - ages 15, 13 & 11) enjoyed the comfort and space this property provided. We especially appreciated the high level of cleanliness and the attention to detail that made the condo feel upscale but cozy. In addition, the kitchen was stocked with everything you may need. Mark was a pleasure to work with and was great with communication making this one of the easiest rental transactions we have had. We also can't say enough positive things about Solitude resort. Everything from skiing, dining, and additional recreation (pool, hot tub, game room) was top notch and within a few minutes walk from the condo. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this property at Solitude!
