“We rented this casita when in Litchfield Park for a wedding and family get together. It had everything we needed. The room was clean and comfortable. We loved having the coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. There were snacks and bottled water, plus paper cups and plates for a snack. We made use of the iron and board before the wedding. It was quiet and the neighborhood was lovely. I would highly recommend this rental.”

“Communication with the host was exceptional. Keneesha is an excellent host - 5+. House was even better than the pictures and description. Well appointed kitchen. Pool was a welcome respite. I would highly recommend this property to those visiting the greater Phoenix area. We have rented VRBO properties for over 25 years and this one is in the top 3. “This place was perfect for our visit to my grandparents who live in Sun City. Great location with respect to Sun City West. Comfortable beds. Nice that one room was set up with twin beds for my kids. My 89 and 92 year old grandparents were able to get out of the house and visit with us in the back yard on the porch. A nice change of scenery for them where they could interact with my kids while they played. Plenty of space for our 3 generations to stay. Would book again!”

Wi-fi was non existent, bedroom tv did not work well, dvd didnt work at all, living room had only basic channels, towel holder on glass kept falling off. Needs a power strip on nightstands for easy cpap machine or phone charger plug ins. Didn't get to swim, but looks really nice. Quiet, safe, new neighborhood. It was a nice stay once we got over the few challenges.”
