“The property was beautiful and the service was great; Samir who manages the place was very helpful. The only downside was the location, it was a bit hard to find it as with many of Riads located in the Medina; it was easy to get lost in the little streets. We would overall not stay in that area again as we found it too chaotic, but that’s just a personal preference and the property itself it still great. ”

“Airport transport and porter/guide arranged by hotel. Friendly welcome and a nice meal was provided on request.
Junior suite was spacious and comfortable. In the bathroom there was plenty of hot water but, unfortunately, the shower was badly designed.
Breakfast was nice and, on two occasions, provided earlier than the standard time for our convenience.
We very much enjoyed the exit through the hotel's own cafe directly into the hubbub of the souk.
There are several good restaurants and major...

“Lovely place but what makes it extra special is the staff. Kierrahadine (sp?) was extraordinary in his efforts to help foreign travelers learn quickly what to do and not to do. He gave us a personal briefing and created a map for us. I can’t emphasize how helpful he was all through the stay. Other staff were also kind and wonderful. We stayed in the Green Tea Toom which was delightful. Also breakfast was really great. Location is great too - steps from everything.”

“The wifi was down, couldn’t use our data in the room because (almost no service). Its not a necessity but really nice to be able to plan the next day or call the kids at home.
The room is really basic, a bit run down but for the price it was ok.
The cleaning lady left our door wide open 2 days in a row after cleaning.
You can hear everything from other rooms.
The location was hard to find but still good location.”

“A beautiful oasis in the middle of magically bustling Marrakesh. Close to everything, and still totally quiet at night. The staff is amazing and went above and beyond at all times, and the breakfast - I barely have words. We only had a single day in the country, and still we felt we had experienced some of the local tastes from the breakfast alone. The whole place is beautifully designed with green and white tiles, matching textiles, and everything you see on the pictures.

A truly wonderful stay in Marrakech. From the warm welcome to the beautiful, peaceful atmosphere, everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the hotel felt like a calm oasis in the city. We left feeling refreshed and inspired and would happily return. Highly recommended!
