“Kit's little getaway was perfect for our family of 4. The rooms were quiet and we never heard either street noise or people in the adjacent unit. The kitchen was well-appointed although we mostly dined around town. The countertop ice machine was a nice bonus! Our communication was easy and quick, parking was easy and generous, and we regret not having time to enjoy the outdoor sitting area in the yard.”

“My husband stayed here while we visited Charleston for the first time. The neighborhood and the property were lovely. We loved the pool and the outdoor kitchen was perfect for us. “Online it's saying that eight people can sleep there, but actually six people only can sleep comfortably. No living/ dining room, no table to eat at, we all had to stand and eat because they don't have table for dining. The dryer did not dry and we had to dry our clothes/ towels outside. While it is apparent that the property is older, check in was seamless, our room was small but worked, the view was amazing, shower had great pressure and beds were comfy. The kids loved the water park. Our very few recommendations were to update the kids splash pad area - it is leaky and felt unclean. The smell when you walk into the water park area is not pleasant, smelled like propane. Otherwise the staff were friendly the pools were clean along...
