The Space:

Stepping up the covered front porch, enter into the home's beautiful living room, with ceilings towering above and natural light flooding in from the skylight and patio doors at the rear of the home.



Adjacent to the living room, the home's kitchen, complete with breakfast bar, is a wonderful place to whip up some treats before heading out to the beach. Past the kitchen, the dining room, complete with bay windows, even has beautiful framed instructions on how to prepare clams and other Cape Cod delicacies, as well as displays on the many types of animals you may see while exploring the Cape.



An additional TV room, with large sectional and flat screen tv, is a great place to unwind after a long day of exploring Chatham.



When it's truly time to call it a night, choose from one of three bedrooms in this sleeps 8 home. Located on the first floor, the home's primary bedroom, fittingly named the Captain's Quarters, welcomes you in with a comfortable king bed. On the ground floor, the perfect escape for kids awaits, with a shark themed kids bedroom, and even a full playroom and private TV space to enjoy their own favorite flicks.



Outside, enjoy the Chatham sunshine on the back deck, or wander down to the patio, both complete with outdoor dining and lounging options. Beautiful spot

Easy walk to small beach, easy drive to many towns. We didn’t stay in for meals, but so much space. The downstairs area with several beds and a large rec area/tv room would be perfect for kids. So easy to deal with Del Mar.

Great stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay in South Chatham. The house was very clean, in a great location and very family friendly. One note, we were told by Del Mar (property manager) that the house only had a traditional coffee maker but they actually had a Keurig as well. This wasn’t a big deal but if you book you should know you have both options.

Great location☀️

We had a great stay in Chatham. ☀️The location of this house is key! 10 min to downtown. 20-25 min drive to Nauset and Skaket beach. Bike path 10 min away. 2 beaches are walkable and nice new beach chairs, boogie boards and a wagon to carry them all. The house was very clean. There are rugs in bedrooms so if you are allergic just be aware. Grill, fire pit and outdoor shower in the back. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Nice porch out back to relax as well as large umbrella for the sun. I have used VRBO many times and I thought the communication was very poor with this rental. It is Del Mar Vacation property and from the time I booked to 2 days before we had no communication from the company. I had to call when my second payment was due to make sure they had received it. There was no “welcome”note when I booked. I called 5 days before to ask about an email about directions and how to enter home. I was told I would get it 24-48 hours before. I called again 1 day before to get it as I had not received anything. I have never ever encountered this with a VRBO. Every time I called they were nice enough but nothing special. A recommendation for Del Mar would be 1. Welcome note when book and confirmation that you received payment 2. Link and reminder to pay when second installment due 3. Email at least 1 week before as there were great tips in the email I got 1 day before (tips where to go, restaurants, tours) Overall I would book here again as property was great! Rob

A Gem!

Very beautiful home, nicely appointed and very well stocked with whatever one needs including an espresso machine (very important!). Home can easily accommodate three couples and four children. Three separate sitting areas with TVs (one just for streaming and one with a fireplace). The downstairs area if one wanted could be exclusively be for the kids - their own "hangout" so to say. Home is very accessible to all types of areas to visit including the beach. Quiet neighborhood. If the opportunity arises, I would not hesitate to rent here again.

Beautiful Cape House

Beautiful Cape house for a family wedding weekend. We stayed with 4 adults and 4 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone, including 3 king beds, bunk room for 4, and 3 separate living room areas. We took a short walk to the beach. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

This home is the perfect cape cod vacation rental. It was very clean close to the beach and in a very quiet neighborhood. The Del Mar property managers were so accommodating and very nice. They do it right. They are so professional and know what they are doing at all times!! I’d rent this house 200 times over. Everything you need is there lobster pots. Enough dishes silverware. Bedding was clean towels were white and clean. Everything was immaculate. One of our favorite homes so far. Thank you Del Mar and the home owners for making this home a 5 star vacation for us.
