Wonderful Property

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean, had nice large rooms, and a beautiful kitchen. We loved the location right on the biking trail. We rented bikes for our short stay and were able to jump right on the trail. Great property!

Lovely Home on Quiet Cul-de-sac

Artist’s Haven is a lovely, well kept home situated on a court with access to the Cape Cod bike & walking trail. We loved the gourmet kitchen and comfortable living room as well as the layout of the home. The property has lots to explore with whimsical yard art surrounding the property. We enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable and at home.

Perfect Location and Great Prpoerty

The area is so private. The property is so unique. The outside I loved all the great pieces the owners made or acquired . The size of the house is great. The basement is beautiful. Bike path is yards away. Beach is also very close.I put a deposit on it for next year.

Wonderful Stay in Chatham

We enjoyed a wonderful week on Cape Cod and really enjoyed this vacation home in Chatham. The home was very comfortable and exactly as described and depicted on the website. It was clean, well-appointed (including linens, towels, soap, TP, dish detergent, paper towels - all the essentials), everything worked, and the check-out process was very easy. DelMar made the experience akin to staying at a hotel, with the comfort of a home to ourselves. I would highly recommend. Thanks!

6/10 Okej

Positives: the rental company was great with communication. The house was perfectly clean and the location was great. Close to everything we needed and local beaches/attractions. The house is decorated very nicely. Negatives: unless you have zero sense of smell this home will only sleep 5. The basement apartment has such an intensely horrible musty smell that it’s not usable. This effectively ruined the weekend for 1/3 of our party who decided to drive back home 2.5 hours on their first day rather than sleep there. This was despite our best efforts to air it out, including running to the store for odor absorbing items and a scented candle. The company said they’d refund us 100 for our trouble, but honestly that wasn’t a help to our family members who did not get to enjoy staying multiple nights and ended up with a painfully long day trip. Also worth noting, this wouldn’t be a good option for someone who needs to work remotely from the home while staying there as the internet was slow. Lastly, the mattress in the first floor bedroom was among the worst we’ve ever slept on. The boards supporting it kept falling out in the middle of the night and it sagged in the middle. We slept terribly the whole time we were there. Overall: if they could fix that mattress issue the house would be a decent rental for five due to its great location and cleanliness.

Annual Cape Getaway

This property is so much more than what you see in the pictures. The property is an adventure in itself. It is very private, yet accessible to everything very easily. So many little areas to relax and enjoy. I unfortunately lost my dog before our trip, which is why we picked this property. That being said, there was absolutely NO evidence of a dog ever staying there (Although there were some dog toys left there for use). Very spacious, perfect for our family. Each sector of the family had their own level with a bath. Perfect!!!

Beautiful!

This was the perfect house for our group. Everyone had their own sleeping space and the various common areas gave us room to spread out to relax on the deck/porch, read, watch tv or play games at the kitchen table. The numerous storage spaces gave us room to unpack and spread out…hooks, shelves, closets, dressers aplenty! The kitchen was so well stocked with pots & pans, utensils of every sort, mugs & dishes. Everything was organized and CLEAN! Having beautiful potted plants displayed was an extra special touch. The owners have really thought of everything to help make the house and yard cozy and inviting. We loved the art work displayed throughout the house and the yard art was just spectacular. Every space on the grounds had interesting metal work tucked in amongst the beautiful landscaping. A rustic little path led us to the walking/running/biking path that we all enjoyed each day. We were close to a grocery store, numerous beaches, and interesting little towns for shopping and restaurants. We LOVED this house and even our young adults said it’s the best place we’ve ever stayed!!!
