“Ottimo hotel. Buona posizione, in una dozzina di minuti si raggiunge a piedi il centro. Staff gentile, cordiale e disponibile, anche ad organizzare escursioni. Struttura nuova, sicura (hanno le telecamere di sicurezza anche all’interno), camere arredate con modestia, mobilia sufficiente, letto comodo, bagno più che dignitoso. Manca la cassetta di sicurezza”
“El loby no está adecuado para un hotel, en mi habitación el aire casi no funcionaba y la puerta para entrar a la habitación me daba mucho trabajo para abrir y para cerrar, pero si mi habitación estaba muy limpia y los empleados muy amables, el desayuno estuvo muy bueno”
“Staff were nice and attentive. When we arrived, they informed us our room didn’t have AC. The breakfast options are very limited. They offer corn flakes or toast. For a Dominican breakfast like “mangú” etc. You will have to pay extra. Plus an additional 28% fee on anything you consume at the restaurant.”
“Property is in need of maintenance. Common areas are extremely dirty. Part of the pool was empty and dirty. Fridge in our room wasn’t functioning. Breakfast was bland and lacks options. Staff did their best to compensate.”
“Very disappointed with our stay. When we arrived, their credit card system was down, so we couldn’t pay by card. The air conditioning in our room never cooled, even after several hours, and there were no other rooms available. The pool also had many missing tiles, so we didn’t feel comfortable using it. We had to leave that same night because the room was too hot to sleep in. The owner refused to issue a full refund and only returned half of what we paid. I would not recommend staying here.”
