“I loved the property! The food, entertainment, pools are great! We had a gentleman named Oscar who really went out of his way to make things special for us and we appreciated that very much. However, the rooms need to be updated a bit. The rooms didn’t remind me of a five star resort. I would Definately return to this resort again in the future.”

It is the same local Spanish music playing over and over, that only the staff seem to enjoy. 4 nights here and I did not hear a single song in English that I recognized. “Fint hotell, med 12 restauranger, 9 pooler, fantastisk badstrand och hjälpsam, trevlig, personal. Mycket bra mat i de flesta restaurangerna. Första gången med "all-inclusive" som jag egentligen inte gillar (man äter för mycket!). En dumhet i "all-inclusive" är att hotellet ta (ordentligt $2 per påbörjat minut - kunde ha ringt med min svenska mobilen för ungefär samma pris!) betalt för lokala telefonsamtal. Irriterande när nästa alla hotell i världen inte tar betalt för lokala samtal - och detta...
