“A top holiday house 2 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes walk from the town. Parking was on the roadside, but totally easy. The check-in was very easy and flexible due to a key safe. The owner gave explicit and easy to follow instructions about everything concerning the house and garden.She was also available per phone and text to contact and friendly. “Ignore the rubbish from cottages.com as they obviously do not have a clue. The front door facing North road is locked and bolted and so cannot be used to enter the property. Only by going down the steps and using the back door can you get in. The flat bronze yale style key next to the silver long key is the one you need. As the yale lock is loose you need to jiggle the key in the lock to even turn it. Watch out if your tall ... im 6' and had some close calls in the cottage. Do not attempt to use...

“Hamish and Susie were great hosts. Hamish met us on arrival and gave us a tour of the house. We enjoyed the goodies in the welcome basket. The shortbread’s were delicious ( I believe they were homemade). We enjoyed our 3 night stay, the cottage was what we had hoped it would be. The gardens and grounds were so lovely and peaceful. Hamish gave us excellent advice getting to London by train. Our son and grandson enjoyed exploring Windsor Great Park, they saw a lot of wildlife. An awesome...

“Fantastic property with everything provided. Beautiful, peaceful location right in the heart of the New Forest. The hosts were excellent at communicating and were on hand should we have needed anything, which we didn't!Sleeping arrangements and bedrooms have very flexible layouts to suit all configurations.We had an amazing family break and will definitely plan to return in the future!”

"Bodde hĂ€r tre nĂ€tter. Första rummet vi fick stank avlopp. PĂ„pekade detta o fick annat rum. Hotellet överlag ger en moderna kĂ€nsla men pĂ„ grund av billiga materialval pĂ„ möbler och inredning pĂ„ rummen, sĂ„ kĂ€ndes det slitet. FanĂ©r som lossnat och var buckligt lite överallt gav kĂ€nslan av att det var slitet. MissfĂ€rgat handfat i badrummet. MĂ€rken pĂ„ de vitmĂ„lade vĂ€ggarna. StĂ€dningen var under all kritik verkligen! Bordsytor var kladdiga och hade mĂ€rken, fettflĂ€ckar pĂ„ sĂ€nggavel bakom kudden, smutsigt i skarvarna i duschen. Faktiskt aldrig sett en sĂ„ usel stĂ€dning. Dessutom stĂ€dades rummen inte varje dag. Rummet var vĂ€ldigt tyst trots att det vette mot gatan. FoajĂ©n och restaurangen var frĂ€scha och frukosten vĂ€ldigt bra! TrĂ€ffade olika personal, ett par var trevliga medan ett par andra inte var sĂ„ ”service-minded”. LĂ€get var bra, i centrum och nĂ€ra tĂ„gstationen. Hotellet kunde varit sĂ„ mycket bĂ€ttre om det frĂ€schades upp med ny inredning i rummen. "
