“Place was great for us and the kids. It's small but enough room where you don't feel cooped up and ar bumping into eachother. House is clean and stocked with everything you need (linens, towels, beach supplies and even sunscreen) unlike many other places. Beach was great at high tide to swim. Low tide was nice but had to walk really far out to cool off. Was happy to have AC/minisplit to cool off with this heat. Would definitely come again.”

“This is a beautiful cozy cottage, perfect for a small family. Centrally located on the Cape close to a lot of sights and attractions. There is a beach and restaurant within walking distance. My granddaughters and I had a great stay this summer.”

“Great cottage! In a neighborhood of about a dozen houses with access to Town Cove. Not big, but very well equipped and great outdoor space with lingers, sofa, fire pit, grill and more. Morning and evening visits from a family of 5-6 bunnies - who knew?”
