Hotell i South Hempstead

“Ok rum”

“Stay here on business. The staff is great.”

“Hotellet har ett bra läge. Fina rum med bra sängar, ingen speciell utsikt om du har rum på baksidan av hotellet. Stor lobby, men några konstverk. Märklig kiosk med höga priser och dåligt sortiment . Man får en voucher för att handla, men priserna är dubbelt så höga som på andra ställen. Så den räcker inte till mycket och skall man köpa till något extra så har man betalt samma pris som utan en voucher i en vanlig kiosk.”

“It was nice”

“Room sufficient. Staff disinterested. Maintenance work during the day outside. Couldn't park the car to load up. Seriously. Keys did not work, towards 11am (checkout time). Not at 11am, 10:45am. Staff said the keys (card) would work. Get upstairs to the room. No work. Fortunately, cleaning staff were there to open up. Having to do back down to now fight with the gent, would not have been good. Look, I am not a complainer, but witaf? Room was not inexpensive either, btw. Never again. ...

“It is a modern hotel in a very good condition. The room was bright and modern. The cleaning staff is doing a great job every day. The service staff by the front desk is friendly and helpful. At breakfast, glasses, plates and cutlery are replaced by disposables. You can go by metro to Rockefeller Center or Bryant Park in about 20 minutes. The area around the hotel is a bit rough and worn. ”

“Clean, comfortable room. Good room cleaning. Very good breakfast. Perfect close distance to both Airtrain station and N.Y subway.”

“Second time in this hotel and we like it! Residential, not touristy area. Nice staff and lobby, good cleanliness. No restaurant but many options close by. Rooms are a not super well isolated so noise from highway is a bit of a minus.”

“I would not return to stay at this Property. I felt completely disrespected by this property and its staff. I think it was a racial thing but they accused me of “stealing” the breakfast, uncooperative, and tried to follow me. It was a very strange experience.”

“This hotel is in serious need of updating. Cigarette and marijuana smoke, loud moaning in the hallways, and excessive street noise made for an unpleasant stay. The elevator was extremely slow, and the room was unbearably hot due to air conditioning being turned off. Parking was also very limited due to construction when the hotel was full. Overall, an EXPENSIVE disappointing and uncomfortable experience.”
