“Great stay. House perfect for three couples ( kids). Short stroll down the hill to downtown and the lake / park (lawnbowls!). Only minor comment is the management company offered by email a “meet and greet” but when we arrived on a Sunday afternoon the phone number provided to arrange just went to a general voicemail. Email response was the next day. Was fine as instructions re lockbox were clear. All told fantastic place in fantastic area. ”

“What a truly remarkable villa. Luxury in every sense of the word. Large multi-level home with 3 king bedrooms and en-suite baths in each; an amazing kitchen, dining, and a living room - all rooms with amazing views of the lake and Queenstown. You just couldn't ask for more. Parking included (garage). I have never enjoyed staying in so much and cooking a meal with a glass of wine in hand (thank you to our wonderful hosts for our welcome gift as well) then relaxing on the balcony and listening...

Every little details was thought of throughout the property, which made the stay incredibly relaxing. We didn't have a car the first few days, which made getting the bus to Remarkables a little bit tricky, but I would make slight changes next time to accommodate this as I would love to return to the property to stay again. The hosts were also great to deal with.”

Check in and check out process was easy and the owner made a lovely folder with all sorts of recomendations for places they like in town which was a lovely...

The check-in and instructions were great, location was fantastic (we walked pretty much everywhere -- to restaurants and outdoor activities/hikes) and the views were amazing. We had a bit of an issue with one item that Luxury Stays was very helpful with and showed us how much they care about customer service. Just dont rent too big of a car as the garage was on the tighter side from a parking perspective. All in all, it was a great...

Nice hotel but not central

"Bra rum och den mesta personalen väldigt hjälpsam och trevlig. I alla fall den kvinnliga personalen. Extra plus för den Thailändska kvinnan i receptionen. Mycket bra service från henne genomgående. Golvet i badrummet hade tyvärr tandkrämsstänk när jag kom och det åtgärdades inte på de 3 dagar jag bodde där. "

Fantastiskt hotell så vacker utsikt

"Mycket bra hotell, definitivt 5 stjärnor. Utmärkt läge vid vattnet. Bra restauranger och härlig plats vid elden att njuta av en drink. Trevlig inomhuspool och bra gym. Härligt att ta båten in till Queenstown, ca 20 min. Kom ihåg städning av rummen är efter kl 15, säg till om ni vill ha tidigare. "

Freezing cold

"Freezing cold in the room when we checked-in at 12:30am for a few hours of sleep. Despite trying to to get the heating going, incl. help from the staff, it was still like 13-14 degrees Celcius in the room an hour later. So, at 1:30am we got a another room. Again some 13-14 degrees in the room but this time the staff at least got the heating running and they also brought some portable heatets. At 2am the temperature in the room was at least decent. We cannot understand why the heating wasn’t started before we arrived - especially considering we had provided all our flight details. Very disppointing :("
