"The service from the employees were great. We were not content with our room due to noises. We asked for a quite room but was closer to the ground floor and disturbed our first night of sleep. We addressed the issue and the employees immediately solved the situation."

"Great value for money – basic, but has what you need Don’t expect any luxury. The room was very small, almost like a little prison cell 😅 There was no wardrobe, storage space or even a glass for drinking water. We also didn’t receive any towels. But for the price we paid, the important things were there: a clean private bathroom with shower and toilet, very clean white bedsheets that smelled fresh, good Wi-Fi, a decent breakfast buffet and, most importantly during the very hot days, a fan that was incredibly helpful. The location was excellent. There’s a bus stop right outside, restaurants and shops across the street, and Elephant & Castle is around a 10-minute walk away, giving you easy connections to the rest of London. There are also direct buses towards London Bridge and central areas. It’s more of a hostel than a hotel, with lots of young travellers, but we actually enjoyed that – it was lively and gave the place a real travelling atmosphere. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and there’s also a café and vending machines downstairs. Overall, everything is basic and average – but for a budget stay in London, it was excellent value for money. Great location, private bathroom, breakfast, Wi-Fi, clean bedding and friendly staff. For the low price we paid, I really couldn’t ask for much more. I give it 10/10"

"This was an excellent and spacious flat in central London. Easy access from London Gatwick, close to the northern Line which had a little station only a short walk from the hotel. There are numerous restaurants close by, and even a Tesco express (grocery store) right next door. It was clean, had good facilities and comfortable beds. Would recommend this place."
