“The hosts were very accommodating. This is a small, very clean studio that has its own bathroom. It is connected to the house with others living in the residence. The room is private. It also had its own area within the back yard for the dogs to use the restroom off leash. This was an excellent place to stay.”

“The room was fine. Some of the furniture shows signs of wear. Specifically the bench by the bed and the couch have quite a bit of stains. The view is pretty nice, no balcony though so keep that in mind. I like that the hotel is connected to the MGM. Access to the strip is really convenient. Communal bath products. "We stayed at this hotel both when arriving and departing Vegas. Hotel is filthy and they are cutting corners in cleaning. We found small hairs from the bed and sheets had some weird stain. Toilet seat had black dirt on it and when housekeeping came to clean it, I noticed they're carrying in their cart a toilet brush which they use to clean both the inside of the toilet and the toilet seat itself - something I personally find extremely unhygienic. Overall unpleasant stay and would not stay again, even if it would be free."
