“Only 1 entrance to get onto the property with long line backed on to the street from a security check in.had to wait 15 minutes before we made it to said checkpoint. Was honestly annoying and very unnecessary Check in was at normal time 4pm but they make you check out early at 10am. Waited in like to check in for at least 30 minutes. Staff was unhelpful and unfriendly until it was time to sell you on their timeshare. Stay was to celebrate a birthday family couldn't even come onto the property...
