A valid government-issued photo ID is required before check-in.
All guests must review and accept our House Rules and Rental Agreement.
Guest identity verification through Know Your Guest is mandatory. You will have the choice to either pay a refundable security deposit or opt for a non-refundable damage waiver. We recommend the waiver for extra peace of mind against accidental damages.
